0260 (2) (a) (b) The Licensor observed bathroom cabinet that did not have child proof lock, the cabinet contained a large container of liquid hand soap. The provider removed the soap form the cabinet during the visit. 0260 (5) The Licensor observed toilet brush by the toilet accessible to children. The provider will find a different spot to store the brush or place a child proof lock one of the cabinets to make the brush inaccessible to children.
